It may be warm and sunny outside, but that doesn’t stop Great American Family from announcing a new, original Christmas movie, A Vintage Christmas.

Airing in the network’s Great American Christmas programming event, the movie stars Merritt Patterson and Christopher Russell. Read on to find out more about the new movie and its cast members.

A Vintage Christmas on Great American Family

Fan favorites, Merritt Patterson and Christopher Russell star in a new, original holiday movie, A Vintage Christmas. According to the press release, Tessa Findlay (Patterson) is a dedicated historian and preservationist in her home town of Oak Creek. She is also an old-fashioned, passionate protector of the nostalgic.

Meanwhile, sparks fly when a business developer, Noah Harrington (Russell) arrives in town with plans to tear down an abandoned Post Office to replace it with a modern office complex.

This leads to internal and external struggles among many in the Oak Creek community to find an acceptable solution. Moreover, as the clock ticks toward Christmas, the race to settle the dispute through concessions and compromise is on.

Where have you seen the cast before?

Merritt Patterson who plays Tessa Findlay, has previously starred in ‘Twas the Text Before Christmas, Jingle Bell Princess and more.

She leads opposite Christopher Russell as Noah Harrington and is known for his roles in several movies, including Peppermint and Postcards and A Dash of Christmas.

Currently, no details are available for other cast members in the Great American Christmas movie. However, A Vintage Christmas is directed by Colin Budds.
