Hallmark Channel Spoilers: Fans Want To Know What Happened To New Series, ‘Ride’

Hallmark Channel spoilers reveal that fans are ready to learn more about what happened to the new series, ‘Ride.’ This series starred Nancy Travis, Tiera Skovbye, Beau Mirchoff, Sara Garcia, Jake Foy, and Tyler Jacob Moore.

The show focused on a family and the multiple generations of ranchers and horseback riders. The McMurray family was just one part of a huge rodeo dynasty.

During the first season, viewers watched as they tried their best to keep their ranch going. It wasn’t always easy though.

The synopsis of the show, as told by Hallmark is, “After a tragic loss, each character embarks on an empowering journey of transformation and self-discovery while also uncovering a twisted web of secrets threatening to tear the family and their small Colorado town apart at the seams.”

During the season finale of the show, which viewers watched on May 28, there was an incredible bullriding scene and it looked as if the family was about to finally get some good news. However, fans of the show have not gotten good news about ‘Ride.’

The Show’s Comparison To “Yellowstone’

The network shared the news this weekend that ‘Ride’ has been canceled. The show had been compared to ‘Yellowstone’ and this was one of the reasons that viewers enjoyed it.

The showrunner, Sherri Cooper-Landsman was asked about the comparisons and she told fans, “Honestly, I never even thought about it. All I knew when I read it was that I could be a good contributor because this was just a great family.”

She went on, ”That’s my sweet spot. For me, it was just this beautiful ranch setting and this family going through the stuff that family goes through. And to be honest, I hadn’t even watched Yellowstone, so I did not even think about that. It just was this beautiful setting and a world that we knew so well.”

Hallmark Channel – Cancels ‘Ride’

Even though it seemed as if the show had a lot of fans and viewers, Hallmark has already decided to pull the plug on it after just one season.

It turns out that the show may not have been going as well as the network anticipated that it would. This happens often with new shows and of course, fans are unhappy about it being canceled.
