Tamera Mowry-Housley Is A Spirited Sleuth in Hallmark Haunted Harmony Mysteries: Murder in G Major

Hallmark Movies & Mysteries have announced a new, original mystery movie, Haunted Harmony Mysteries: Murder in G Major.

In the movie, Tamera Mowry-Housley leads alongside Marco Grazzini in solving a mystery about a haunted house.

Haunted Harmony Mysteries: Murder in G Major on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries

According to the press release, former orchestra conductor, Gethsemane Brown (Tamera Mowry-Housley) has moved to the Irish countryside to teach music at St. Brendan’s boarding school.

However, after deciphering a cryptic musical message, she meets renowned composer, Eamon McCarthy (Risteárd Cooper), who is believed to be behind the death of his longtime love. Meanwhile, what complicates matters is that Eamon is a ghost.

Eamon enlists Gethsamane’s help to find the real killer so that he can finally move on and be reunited with his true love in the afterlife.

Gethsemane investigates the murder, alongside the ghost of Eamon, but quickly finds resistance from the charming Inspector O’Reilly (Adam Fergus). It seems he believes the case is closed, but he takes a liking to her.

Meanwhile, as she juggles her work and sleuthing, she struggles to turn the students at St. Brendan’s into a choir that will compete in the Regionals. However, with the help of a handsome math teacher, Griff (Marco Grazzini) she is able to gain some ground.

However, when her sleuthing brings her close to the actual murderer, it looks like Gethsemane only has a ghost of a chance of making it out alive.

Where have you seen the cast before?

Tamera Mowry-Housley, who plays Gethsemane, has starred in multiple Hallmark movies, as well as Sister, Sister and Dream Moms. She stars opposite Marco Grazzini as Griff, who is known for his roles in a number of Hallmark movies along with Virgin River and Kim’s Convenience.

Meanwhile, the spirited Risteárd Cooper stars as Eamon, and has been seen in Batman Begins and No Offence. Adam Fergus, who plays Inspector O’Reilly, is known for his roles in What If and Supernatural.

According to the IMDb page for the movie, other cast members include Darragh O’Toole (Peaky Blinders, Foundation, The Wheel of Time) as Billy and Julie Lamberton (A Royal Corgi Christmas, Doctors, Black Medicine) as Siobhan.

Ben Condron (A Date for Mad Mary, Dead Along the Way) also stars in a currently unlisted role.

The new, original mystery movie hails from Muse Entertainment/Treehouse Media. Executive producers are Joel S. Rice, Tamera Mowry-Housley, Michael Prupas and David Collins.

Meanwhile, Edwina Forkin and Charles Cooper act as producers, while the movie is directed by Linda-Lisa Hayter from a script penned by Kraig Wenman. The movie was filmed on location in Ireland and is based on The Gethsemane Brown Mysteries by Alexia Gordon.
