When Calls The Heart – Season 9 Spoilers – Industrialization Has Big Impact
WCTH season 9 spoilers reveal that the Hallmark TV show will not return until 2022. However, there is already information on what fans can expect. According to director Siobhan Devine, industrialization will be one of the major storylines. During an interview with the website, Devine teased,
“I think one of the things that’s really interesting about this coming season is really the advent of industrialization. That’s really interesting because that really would have happened in 1919… I was really excited about that, about the fact that the world was sort of coming into Hope Valley through industrialization and how are they going to cope with it.”
When Calls The Heart – Season 9 Spoilers – Everyone Is Affected
Industrialization is something that will affect every single character, young and old, male and female, newcomer and longtime resident. It could also create some interesting conflicts and dilemmas.
Fans have already gotten a taste of industrialization when Wyman Walden (Wesley Salter) appeared in town. Wyman quickly bought up all the property and land in Hope Valley. His goal was to build a factory but Bill Avery (Jack Wagner) was doubtful. Wyman is returning in season 9 and could kick off the industrialization storyline.
When Calls The Heart – Season 9 Spoilers – The Good And The Bad
When Calls the Heart season 9 spoilers reveal that industrialization would have both good and bad effects on Hope Valley. Sure, it could provide jobs and expand the town. However, Hope Valley would never be the same, especially if Wyman’s idea is successful. More factories would come to the area and it would no longer be the community that the residents currently view as home. At least, it wouldn’t look or be the same as before.

As for what else to expect, there are the relationships in Hope Valley. Elizabeth Thornton (Erin Krakow) chose Lucas Bouchard (Chris McNally). However, Nathan Grant (Kevin McGarry) is still going to be part of the cast. So, it will be interesting how that dynamic will change, as well as who Nathan could end up with. Of course, these are only three of the characters and we expect a lot more tidbits to flow in as the premiere date approaches.
