When Calls the Heart spoilers reveal that Lori Loughlin (Abigail Stanton) is out of prison, paid her fines, and completed community service. She even has her passport back, but don’t count on her returning to Hope Valley anytime soon. There are two reasons for that. One has to do with Canada’s tough entry laws, which are much stricter than the US. The other is due to family.
Passport Returned By Judge
WCTH spoilers reveal that soon after Loughlin was released from prison, she got to work making sure every requirement was completed. She finished her community service and paid off all of her fines. When she was legally able, she even asked a judge to return her passport, which was granted. This led a lot of fans to wonder if she was going to come back to the Hallmark TV show. However, don’t count on that happening anytime soon and we’ll explain why.
WCTH Spoilers: Canada’s Entry Laws
Every nation has specific laws that grant and deny foreigners entry to its country. Canada has some of the toughest and it doesn’t just allow anyone to come in, even for a short vacation. When it comes to someone having a criminal record, that can ban them even from visiting. While Newsweek did mention Loughlin’s crime of money laundering being an obstacle, any crime can slam the brakes on someone entering Canada.
There are certain loopholes after a period of years that might get her approval. However, it doesn’t happen often and includes jumping through a whole lot of hoops.
Reuniting With Family
When Calls the Heart spoilers reveal that Loughlin was separated from her two daughters due to her crime and conviction. While she was only in prison for two months, her husband served a longer sentence. Mossimo Giannulli was just released early not too long ago. So, the family is grateful to be reunited and is working on spending time together again. They are not eager to be separated again if it can be helped.
When Calls The Heart Spoilers: New Priorities
Sources said recently that Loughlin’s family have new priorities since the scandal went viral. So, even if Hallmark offered Loughlin her job back, even if the actress wanted to return, and even if Canada’s entry laws weren’t an issue, she might still stay no. Fans have noticed that there have been no interviews, no press releases, and even Loughlin’s social media accounts are still deactivated. It is clear that she is focused on her family right now. So, while she might return to acting one day in the future, she is only focused on one thing right now and that’s her family.

would rather see her in Garage Sale Mystery’s again
ABSOLUTLY!!!!!!! That show is not the same without her,,, She was the glue that held everyone together in the whole town.
I think she should be treated just like any other criminal when it comes to the law and entering any country. I am so tired of seeing rules don't apply for celebrities or rich people. Why should rules only be for ordinary people! If Canada permits her entry it's implying her crime of fraudulent activities is ok. It wasn't just any crime either, it was a crime against children. Canada says it stands for rights and equality, to make exceptions for Lori who has proven she has no respect for these values and is willing to even abuse the rights of children for her nasisstic want's and desires would be going against everything Canada stands for, especially for the rights of children and young people. It would be giving young people the message crimes against them are not important. There are plenty of good actresses out there looking for work, find one who respects the rights of our young people and can travel to Canada because she isn't a convicted child fraudster.
I would like to see Lori back on WCTH. The show has been too boring to watch. After watching the promos for last night's show, I did tune in to see who Erin Krakow might choose and was hoping it would be Chris McNally. I also wish they would use Jack Wagner more and find him a love interest.
