After a scary incident in the courts car-park on Neighbours, everything changes.
Considering all the grief we have (rightly) seen Bea Nillson (Bonnie Anderson) give Finn Kelly (Rob Mills) over the past few weeks, she takes a sudden U-Turn in court next week when she makes the shocking decision to defend him.
Just two days before Finn is due to be in court there is an intense incident in the carpark of Erinsborough hospital. Finn, Susan Cole (Jackie Woodburne) and Imogen Bailey (Ariel Kaplan) are walking together when a mystery driver tries to knock down the women.
Neighbours Spoilers – Bea Nillson Watches As Finn Kelly Jumps To The Rescue
As Bea watches, horrified but unable to do anything, she sees Finn jump into the way of the car, pushing Imogen and Susan to safety. Thankfully, Finn’s heroic actions only leave him with very minor injuries.
As the driver speeds off the mysterious driver is left unknown, this leaves local police man Mark Brennan (Scott McGregor) with barely any clues as he starts an investigation.
As Bea thinks over the events of the day, she can’t help but question the fact that she is giving Finn a hard time. She starts to believe that the amnesia has genuinely changed Finn into a good guy.
Neighbours Spoilers – Evidence Against Finn Kelly Burned At Police Station
A few days later at court, a vicious – but truthful – victim impact statement is read out on behalf of Xanthe but is evened out by Susan’s kind defense.
When it’s Bea’s turn to speak she thinks back to how Finn saved her aunt and friend two days ago and suddenly finds herself reiterating her aunt’s kind words.
With news that all evidence against Finn is to be burned in a fire at the police station, coupled with testimonies regarding his reformation to the good-guy, is he going to get off his sentence scot-free?
