Neighbours spoilers tease Willow, played by Mieke Biling-Smith, will once again be returning to Erinsborough to keep an eye on a family member, this time it’s her mum Andrea.
Toadie (Ryan Maloney) is shocked when Willow turns up on Ramsay Street, declaring that she wants to keep an eye on her mum, ensuring that she isn’t up to any of her old tricks. Not only does she want Toadie not to have to suffer any more pain, but she hasn’t forgiven her mum either, and isn’t ready for them to peruse a relationship yet.
Fans will know that the Rebecchi family are trying to get to the bottom of Andrea’s incident at Salamanca Markets in 2009, when a man called Ian thought she was someone else. Believing this ‘someone else’ might be Dee, Karl puts Andrea under hypnosis. After a successful session, Andrea provides a clue as to Ian’s identity, which leads Mark Brennan to track him down.
Ian reveals to Toadie that he used to know a woman named Karen, who looked exactly like Andrea. With the story coming from Ian’s lips, not Andreas, Toadie starts to believe that Dee might be alive after all. He’s desperate to know more, but Ian quickly reveals that he no longer speaks to Karen, who married a man and moved to South Africa many years ago.
But all isn’t as it seems. After talking with Toadie, Ian visits Andrea, who thanks him for sticking to her version of the story. She also asks him to give her a photo he has, which shows a woman who looks just like her posing with him and another man.
Remember when Toadie's new wife Dee went missing on their wedding day, after their car crashed into the sea? Well, turns out, she might be a REALLY good swimmer… #Neighbours pic.twitter.com/TbA5rc4S58
