Donald Trump Is Getting Pushback Over This 7-Word Decision

He didn’t think this would go down very smoothly, now did he? There’s a new report that says Donald Trump is getting some major pushback over a decision that he recently made.

Of course, we are talking about Trump’s decision to rename the Gulf of Mexico to the Gulf of America. And of course, the country’s neighbors to the south are none too pleased about it.

Mr Trump recently said this about The Gulf of Mexico, “I am renaming it Gulf Of America.”

In fact, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum says she will file a complaint against Google for adopting the name “Gulf of America” and request that United States territory be renamed “Mexico America.”

Many critics commented on the matter with, “She needs to control Mexico’s side of the border. DJT needs to explore legal means to tax money sent back to Mexico. Take away ALL incentives for illegal migration.”

Another critic wrote, “I don’t know what she’s upset about. Trump isn’t naming it the Gulf of the United States! America is the continent where the gulf is located. It doesn’t belong to the country of Mexico.” Back in November, Trump managed to anger both Canada and Mexico in just one day.

What’s Next For Donald Trump And His Administration?

That’s because during that time  Donald Trump announced that one of his first acts as president will be to initiate a 25% tariff on all products coming in from Mexico and Canada. This is certainly big news for the country.

Apparently, the decision comes in response to Mexico and Canada allowing crime and drugs to pour into the U.S.

“As everyone is aware, thousands of people are pouring through Mexico and Canada, bringing Crime and Drugs at levels never seen before,” Trump said on TRUTH.

“Right now a Caravan coming from Mexico, composed of thousands of people, seems to be unstoppable in its quest to come through our current Open Border.”

So far Donald Trump himself has not made any comments about the criticism he’s received. We will update you with all of the latest details as they come in.
