If there’s anything that both fans and critics have learned about Donald Trump over the years, it’s that he certainly says what he means and means what he says. And now the President-Elect is holding Gavin Newsom responsible for the fires that are currently burning homes and businesses in the state of California.
Donald Trump – Is Holding Gavin Newsom Responsible
As many of our readers are aware of, the California wildfires are raging across Los Angeles Count and forcing thousands to evacuate their homes. According to reports, the Eaton Fire broke out in the foothills of Pasadena on the other side of Los Angeles County.
Per the latest reports, President Trump will force Gavin Newson to direct water from the Klamath River into California cities instead of pouring it into the Pacific to save a tiny fish species.
Trump said, “We’ll say, Gavin, if you don’t do it, we’re not giving you any of that fire money that we send you all the time for all the forest fires that you have.”
Needless to say, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the current situation.

What’s Next For The State Of California?
Some have even commented with, “Trump actually wants to help the people of California whereas Newsom only wants to help himself!”
“Really, there are two choices. Save the water and maintain the landscape or live there at one’s own risk. It’s kind of like choosing to live in a known flood plane. You can do it, but expect no help if you lose everything.”
Another critic wrote, “One man’s commitment to put Americans safety and prosperity first. He took a bullet for us. The forces that sacrifice their citizens everyday will have a reckoning soon.”
And then there was this comment as well: “It’s about time we bring common sense to CA. They chose these policies that are destroying them and then expecting our tax dollars to continually bail them out? I feel bad for the people but a hard lesson in votes have consequences is being learned.”
