However, Tammy has stayed on her diet. And an insider told the Sun that the 37-year-old 1000-Lb Sisters star might actually “soon weigh less” than her younger sister Amy Slaton.

Amy, 35, weighed more than 400 pounds when she first appeared on 1000-Lb Sisters. And TLC camera crews followed her as she lost 125 pounds.

At that point, Amy qualified for weight loss surgery. And she achieved her dream of welcoming two babies into the world. She weighs about 225 pounds.

Tammy currently weighs just under 340 pounds. But an insider shared that though Amy weighs less at 225 pounds, she doesn’t stay on her diet.

As a result, the 1000-Lb Sisters stars’ family and friends think that Tammy could lose more weight and become slimmer than her sister. 

Amy doesn’t view her diet as “seriously” as Tammy, shared the insider. But Tammy feels “determined to stick with her diet.” And fans have speculated about the differences in the 1000-Lb Sisters.

For instance, one noted, “Amy looks stalled while Tammy is starting to look even smaller.”
