1000 Lb. Sisters Amy has struggled to get back on her weight loss journey. Amy tends to eat what he son does and she has not lost the weight should have lost if she had been eating right. Now that Amy is expecting baby number two she has been warned that she could gain all of her weight back. However, this time around Amy has decided to eat right and see what happens. Amy has reported that she is actually losing weight because she has stopped eating all the junk food she has been sharing with Gage Halterman. Amy told the Sun, “Gage’s favorite foods are green beans, broccoli, brussels sprouts, and tuna fish, that boy will eat tuna salad every day if I let him.”

1000 Lb. Sisters – Amy Halterman Consulted Her Doctor

1000 Lb. Sisters Amy admits that she does keep sweets around just in case she needs it because her sugar has been dropping with this baby. Amy says that her sugar was always high with Gage. Of course, most women gain weight during pregnancy but Amy has gotten the ok from her doctor to eat the way she is doing now. Amy’s doctor has assured her that as long as the baby is gaining the weight it should be she is perfectly fine. Amy doesn’t want to have the same problems that she had when she was pregnant with Gage.

1000 Lb. Sisters’ Amy is thrilled that her sister Tammy is back on track as well. Tammy went back to rehab to help lose weight only to end up on life support the next day. However, after regaining consciousness, Tammy has rallied and lost 115 lbs in 30 days. Tammy is still in her rehab facility after being released from the hospital and is continuing with her weight loss journey. Amy hopes that her sister will get the weight loss surgery she wanted so badly and can be a bigger part of her nephews’ lives now that Amy is expecting another boy.
