Unfortunately, that is not the only obstacle in Tammy’s way, and Amy Halterman seems to think she is quite the B*tch. However, after losing from over 700 lbs. to 534, the little things are just adding up and getting to Tammy.

1000 Lb. Sisters spoilers reveal that Tammy often gets upset over her therapy. Tammy is required to attend six therapy sessions to be approved for surgery and she doesn’t like to talk to people. Seeing a therapist is a real struggle. The more Dr. Connie Stapleton pushes, the more Tammy shuts down. Tammy wants no part of being analyzed and that just happens to be the therapist’s job.

So far, Season 4 has been documenting Tammy’s progress at the rehab facility after her near-fatal setback right after she arrived. Tammy was frustrated over a weight gain of ten pounds that she quickly turned around and now she has finally surpassed that goal. Tammy has had one full session with the therapist and hung up during the next session.

Tammy is hours away from her family which she is not used to being separated from. Tammy’s house was robbed and she had nothing to come home to. Tammy has lost her grandmother’s quilt which was very important to her. People even stole Tammy’s clothing out of her house while she has been fighting for her life and the police have no leads.

Tammy does not want to get into the issues that have caused her to gain all of this weight. Tammy doesn’t want to open up to the therapist because she is a stranger. Tammy also does not want someone trying to get into her head and her feelings. If Tammy had her way she would skip the therapy altogether and go straight to her surgery because she wants to come home.

1000 Lb. Sisters Spoilers – Tammy Slaton Is Very Demanding

At one point, Tammy gets on the phone with her brother Chris Combs and demands that he come and pick her up from rehab and bring her home. Tammy knows that her family is not trained to take care of her needs now. However, Tammy is homesick and it is getting the best of her. Fans are far from happy with Amy’s attitude now that Tammy is trying to do better.

Amy says she is thrilled to have another brother, talking about Tammy’s husband Caleb. However, Amy says she wishes they could motivate each other since their situations are similar.

The problem fans see is that Amy isn’t motivating herself either. Amy has made Tammy’s rehab stay more about her than Tammy. Amy was mad that Tammy almost died this time. Now that she’s doing better, Tammy deserves some encouragement and support.
