ABC Has Finally Picked It’s Very First “Golden Bachelorette”

There’s been a buzz about who ABC could choose to be the first Golden Bachelorette, after the successful run of the Golden Bachelor. Gerry Turner’s season of the popular ABC reality television show franchise had viewers on the edge of their seats. After the network announced a Golden Bachelorette season, many have wondered who would step into this role. This week, it was announced that the choice has been made among massive speculation.

Past “Golden Bachelorette” Predictions

As ABC execs have remained tight-lipped about who would land the role, a top choice for the Golden Bachelorette has had Gerry Turner’s runner-up, Leslie Fhima in the lead.

However, other contestants from that season who could also have a chance at becoming the rose-giving “Golden” bachelorette include Faith Martin, Kathy Swarts, Nancy Hulkower, April Kirkwood, and Susan Noles.

In addition, other older female celebrities who were talked about being the possible Golden Bachelorette included Susan Lucci, Martha Stewart, and Meryl Streep

“Golden Bachelorette” – Choice Has Been Confirmed

Fans of the popular reality television franchise will be excited to learn that ABC has officially picked the lead for the Golden Bachelorette, and it was confirmed during the Playing the Field: A Bachelor YouTube podcast.

Jacqui Pitman, a casting agent, notes during a Playing the Field episode (“Breaking down week 7 of ‘The Bachelor’ as Hometowns Loom”) to host Ryan Field that, “I can tell you nothing, but she’s (Golden Bachelorette choice) amazing. I can’t tell you anything. Not until they announce who she is. You’ll all be sitting here watching it when I see it.”

It seems the official announcement of who will be the first Golden Bachelorette is set to be revealed on the final show for the current Bachelor season, starring Joey Graziadei.

This is typically the case, and fans will have to wait until after the final rose ceremony to see who will be handing out roses for the next season!
