They shared the official court documents. Josh’s lawyers didn’t file the papers themselves. It’s currently a request for an extension to file his petition.

According to the Counting On spoilers, Josh Duggar had to file his petition by December 27, 2024. He’s pushing it by asking the Supreme Court to look into his case.

His attorney claims that Josh was too busy with other cases to file his petition. He now has a new extension date of February 25, 2024.

This might be a difficult case for Josh to get. The Supreme Court of the United States accepts less than one percent of petitions. This is just something else for Josh to prolong. He’s been fighting to get out of prison early.
