Below Deck Spoilers – Daisy Kelliher Lets Go Of Expectations

Daisy Kelliher, Gary King, and Colin MacRae met when the Parsifal III set sail in season 2 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht. And their first season on board showed Gary taking up his now-famous role as the ultimate ladies’ man. But although King flirted with almost all the female crew, he showed a special fondness for Daisy. And Gary sparked romance rumors with Kelliher on a crew night out, noted Us magazine.

And at a reunion, Gary shared, “I think if people watched season 2, they would realize I always had a soft spot for Daisy. I have always felt attracted to Daisy,” confessed King. “And it is quite weird speaking about this. But I love Daisy. I love her as a person, I love her personality and I think she is a superstar and gorgeous at that.”

But season 3 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht revealed Daisy and Gary seemingly staying friends. And in season 4, Daisy bonded with Colin. However, after Kelliher and MacRae canoodled, she confessed that she did hook up with Gary. And that made Colin furious. As a result, Daisy felt that she needed to defend herself. And she clarified that she did not expect a future with Gary. But in letting go of expectations for King, can Kelliher win back Colin?

Below Deck Spoilers – Gary Gary King Admits Feeling Jealous

However, even as Daisy seemed to regret hooking up with Gary, King confessed to jealousy. “I’d say to a certain extent I was a bit jealous. Daisy and I, we do have a connection regardless of whether she denies it or not,” he insisted. “And I think anyone in this world will be a bit jealous if they see the person that they’ve got a connection with hooking up with someone else. I mean, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t jealous.”

But Daisy explained that taking time apart made her rethink any type of long-time relationship with Gary. “I think some time apart is always good,” noted Kelliher. And she admitted, “When we’re together it gets a lot more complicated. Because we do have that chemistry. So, it is like, is this more? But I think we are just friends. That time apart kind of clarifies things a bit more [for me].”

And fans defended Daisy. For instance, one Below Deck viewer wrote on Reddit, “Some people prefer their sex lives private. And Daisy, after realizing things with Gary weren’t going anywhere, wanted to keep their fling private. As is her right.” But after Gary got drunk, he spilled on camera. And that made Daisy feel that she needed to alert Colin about her past with King. However, MacRae subsequently got upset with both Kelliher and King.

But fans united in defending Daisy. And Below Deck viewers slammed Colin for his expectation that Gary would confide his hookup with Daisy. But many also questioned why MacRae let Daisy’s past affect his bond with her now. For instance, one fan noted, “Who Daisy slept with in the past shouldn’t affect Colin’s interest now. Tired of seeing people get pissed off about past flings.”

And others felt that Gary made the right decision not to tell MacRae. Because Daisy asked for privacy, Gary at least respected her request until a drunken moment made him spill. However, some questioned whether King actually spilled on camera out of jealousy rather than too much alcohol!
