Catfish Returns To MTV, With Max Joseph!

Catfish fans have something to celebrate! Catfish Season 9 is set to return to MTV at the end of this month with all new episodes. Nev Schulman and Kamie Crawford are both back to host the his reality TV series, and fan fave Max Joseph will be joining them! Over the years Catfish has become a household staple across the country, and was even one of the only shows that kept filming and airing new episodes during the pandemic. If you have been watching Catfish since its birth on MTV, then you remember Nev Schulman’s original co-host, Max Joseph (yes, with the white hair). Nev and Max travelled together and filmed hundreds of Catfish cases. Sadly, Max left the show back in 2018 to pursue other projects.

Max Joseph Returns To Catfish

According to Catfish spoilers, Max is back in action and will be joining Nev and Kamie on Season 9.

It’s unclear how many episodes he will participate in, but we can’t wait to see him again. Max and Nev’s banter was part of what sky-rocketed their little reality series to super stardom.

TVLine teases, “Nev Schulman and Kamie Crawford return as co-hosts of the 15-episode season, which aims to “uncover some of the most important, real-life stories to date including overcoming abuse, disease, racism, and more,” according to MTV, which also calls it “the season you’ve been baiting for.”

Catfish – Season 9 2024 Premiere

We’re not sure how much crazier Catfish could really get, because we have seen some wild tales over the years. But, Season 9 sounds like it may be the best yet!

According to an official press release from MTV, the all new episodes will begin airing on Tuesday April 30 at 8/7c.
