“Chrisley Knows Best” – Star Julie Chrisley’s Prison Term Will Be Resentenced

A panel of 11th U.S. Circuit Court judges ruled on Julie’s appeal last Friday, June 21. They decided that Ms. Chrisley should be resentenced as no evidence held her accountable for losses incurred before 2007.

Unfortunately, the appeal for both Todd and the family’s accountant, Peter Tarantino, was dismissed.

The couple’s daughter, Savannah Chrisley, commented on her mom’s resentencing, during her Unlocked podcast, stating, “I am beyond relieved that the court recognized the mistakes made in my mother’s sentencing. We’ve been fighting so hard for this, and it gives us hope for a fairer outcome moving forward. It’s been an incredibly tough time for all of us, but this decision gives us a glimmer of hope. We will continue to fight for justice and the truth.”

I am so excited to learn that Julie Chrisley conviction was overturned. Todd should have manned up from the beginning, and took the whole wrap. She should have never seen the inside of a prison. Rather she was involved or not. To top it all off she’s sticking by her man when she gets out. Well I got to give it to her she’s going to be out and he’s not.
