Kaitlyn Bristowe, Jason Tartick Split – Who Gets The Dogs?

Bachelor fans met Kaitlyn Bristowe when she appeared on the show with Chris Soules. Later she starred as the lead on Season 11 of The Bachelorette.

She ended up engaged to Shawn Booth but that fell away and later, she started dating Jason Tartick. Now after two years of engagement, he announced that they have split. Naturally, fans wonder who will get the dogs. 

Kaitlyn Bristowe Takes A Social Media Break

Jason Tartick was the one who broke the news that the couple decided to break up their engagement. Clearly, his ex felt too battered and emotional to say much, but she did announce a break from social media.

One thing that ABC fans are aware of is that the Bachelorette co-host feels very deeply. Hopefully, loved ones are there for her right now as she deals with the heartbreaking split. 

Kaitlyn Bristowe splitting from Jason seemed about as likely as Clare Crawley finding love and expecting a baby. Well, it goes to show that twists and turns in life can surprise anyone.

Nobody expected a split now. After all, they share a home together in Nashville and their pups. Ramen and Pinot are like their children.  

Kaitlyn Bristowe Bisexual – Jason Announces The Split

It might be nothing: it might be everything. Interestingly, in May, TV Shows Ace reported that the Bachelorette star admitted on the Out & About podcast, that she is, in fact, “bisexual.” Is it a coincidence that just weeks later, Jason put out his statement on Instagram about them ending their engagement? We may never know if there is a link. 

Kaitlyn Bristowe at least will not lose access to her precious pups. In his long post, Jason said, “Continuing our friendship is incredibly important to both of us. We feel grateful to be ending our engagement with love and respect for each other. It’s heartbreaking and sad to say goodbye, but our care and admiration for one another will never die.”

Splitting Custody Of The Dogs

Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason will need to remain friendly if they are to somehow work in time for the pups. Jason said, “Our dogs Ramen & Pinot will continue to be cared for together as brothers. While their humans are no longer romantically involved, we will love and take care of them together.”
