Many of Whitney Way Thore‘s die hard fans are turning their backs on her after the trailers for the new season. Glenn Thore has already gotten a lot of backlash over the fact that he and Whitney agreed to let the cameras roll during her funeral.

There have been plenty of fans of the show that are now saying that this is a very tacky way to share their lives and the funeral should have been private.

Viewers are also concerned that the fake sister story could all be fake. There were social media rumors going around for quite some time that Whitney had a secret brother and not a sister.

This led fans to believe that TLC hired a woman to play the secret sister since the real secret brother didn’t want to be involved on the show.

My Big Fat Fabulous Life Spoilers – Fans Speak out

As soon as fans saw the trailers for this new season, they just had to share their thoughts.

A Reddit post began after the trailers aired and one fan wrote, “I barely watched last season because of the exploitation of Babs. I won’t watch this season at all. I’ll read here, but that’s it. IMO, The Thores and the producers are grasping at straws for another season, even if the subject matter is best left for the Thores to deal with behind closed doors. To me, Whitney’s life is not fabulous, nor is she an inspiration for anyone. MBFFL is just one in an increasingly long list of shows on TLC that aren’t worthy of the time it takes to watch them.” Another chimed in, “My thoughts: they had an extra staged funeral for the cameras, and Whitney has a long lost brother, not a sister. I’m thinking that this “sister” is an actress because the real brother wouldn’t go on the show.”

These fans are pretty upset by the way that the show is going to be this season and they will not be watching. We will have to wait and see what kind of backlash the show gets this season, btu we will continue to make updates.
