Pawn Stars Death: Rick Harrison’s Son Adam, 39, Dies Of Overdose

Reality TV show stars feel just as susceptible to heartbreak as everyone else. And now “Pawn Stars” cast member Rick Harrison has shared the tragic news about his son Adam’s death at 39.

For “Pawn Stars” lead cast member Rick Harrison, the loss of his son made him at first maintain silence. However, now the reality TV star has shared a tribute to his son Adam, who died of an overdose on Friday, per Yahoo.

However, Rick’s 39-year-old son did not join him on the reality TV show that brought fame to his family. But Harrison shared a photo on social media that revealed just how much Adam resembled his father.

And in the caption, the “Pawn Stars” cast member wrote, “You will always be in my heart!” And the pic revealed Harrison with his son. “I love you Adam.”

And in response to Harrison’s heartbreaking post about his son, both fans and celebrities expressed their condolences. For instance, Donald Trump Jr. wrote, “I’m so sorry man.” Rick Harrison supported Trump amid the 2020 election campaign.

But Adam’s brother, Corey Harrison, turned to social media as well to share his own heartbreak. And Corey posted a throwback pic of the two in a bathtub. “Wax wtf I will always love you bubba,” he  shared for the caption.

For “Pawn Stars” cast member Rick, though, the mourning continues, per E News. And the lead star on the History channel’s reality show “Pawn Stars” asked for privacy as he sought to cope with the sudden death of his son Adam at just 39.

Pawn Stars Spoilers – Cast Member Suffers Overdose

Adam Harrison was “Pawn Stars” lead cast member Rick’s second child with his ex-wife Kim Harrison, who did not appear on the reality show. And a spokesperson for the family revealed that Adam was found dead on Jan. 19. However, the rep also shared that he died from an overdose.

And the “Pawn Stars” cast issued a statement through their spokesperson. “Our family is extremely saddened by the death of Adam. We ask for privacy as we grieve his loss.”

However, Rick chose not to reveal any additional details about the loss of his son, who was the second oldest of the “Pawn Stars” main cast member’s three sons. And the official cause of Adam’s death has not yet been revealed.

Pawn Stars Spoilers – A Family Affair

Rick and Kim also are parents to Corey “Big Hoss” Harrison, 40. And in addition, the “Pawn Stars” patriarch co-parents his teenage son Jake Harrison with his second ex-wife Tracy Harrison.

After its debut in 2009, “Pawn Stars” focused on featuring a family affair in terms of the business. And it focuses on Rick’s Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas. The reality TV show lead at first co-owned the store with his father, Richard Harrison, who died at age 77 in 2018. And although Adam did work there at one point, the shop did not employ him recently.

    Our hearts go out to Rick and his family I’ve been through 2 deaths in a 6 month period of time of sons overdosing on fentanyl God be with u all if u need anything I know u don’t knowe my name is Keeley feel free to let me know id do anything u could need from me in a heart beat God bless

    It’s tragic, so many deaths from overdoses. What is it going to take for people to wake up and stop abusing themselves? So sad to see so many lives wasted. My sympathy and prayers go out to you and your family.
