And for those who put the reboot of the Real Housewives Of New York City (RHONY) on their top ten favorites list, Brynn Whitfield just provided her secret Santa gift list. But as the RHONY star admitted via Page Six, some recipients might view one of her gifts as rather unwelcome. 

And Brynn explained that each one of her Real Housewives of New York City co-stars will receive a greeting card that sings the Chipmunk Song. However, the song never ends. And it doesn’t even feature a shut-off button.

“There’s no battery,” claimed Whitfield about the gag gift card. And “if you try to rip it apart, it’s kind of indestructible,” she added. But it does eventually run down. 

And although the RHONY star shared that her co-stars won’t succeed in destroying the “annoying” musical gift, it does eventually silence itself. “There’s no way you can destroy it,” she added. “It won’t shut off for, I think, 18 hours.”

And Whitfield teased that giving a “practical joke” for a Christmas gift represents “a very me thing to do.” But those lucky enough to qualify as one of Brynn’s friends don’t need to worry about receiving a noisy chipmunk greeting card this holiday season.

And instead, the Real Housewives Of New York City star shared that she views perfume as “always fabulous to give.” Whitfield likes to give her friends her own signature scent, Frédéric Malle’s Portrait of a Lady. But Brynn’s plans for the holidays also include entertaining. 

And when it comes to decking her home’s halls for the holidays, the RHONY star views a champagne stand as an essential. “It’s just design that doesn’t go out of style,” Brynn explained. “I think everyone needs a champagne bucket, even if you have a small apartment.”

And for anyone who wants to give the RHONY star a gift, Brynn loves rare novels. The reality TV star appreciates “the fact that they’ve managed to stand the test of time in this disposable world.” But she also appreciates receiving unique jewelry. 

For instance, Whitfield described “a little Cartier wristwatch, the one I think that Princess Diana wore. I love it.” But the best gift that the RHONY star ever received came from an ex-boyfriend. And the “Willem de Kooning lithograph was very, very beautiful.”

However, Brynn “gave it back to him. And now I’m friends with his wife. They have it in their house,” she added. And when it comes to ex-boyfriends, Whitfield also keeps up to date on the current romance scene.

“I would encourage every single gal to use this time of year as like a pickup line,” suggested the RHONY star. “It’s a flirty text. Like ‘Who are you going to kiss on New Year’s?’ I think it’s very cute.”
