RHOA Fans Stunned To Hear About NeNe Leakes’ Son’s Ill Health

Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA) fans were shocked to hear that something went wrong for the son of NeNe Leakes. If you don’t know, her son Brentt is only 23 years old. However, he suffered a heart attack and stroke. It happened last month, but he is on the road to recovery and she confirmed that via Instagram this weekend.

Those folks who follow the Bravi show, know that things were tough for NeNe. Her husband passed away after his cancer diagnosis, and she had to live with that pain. Additionally, she felt very hurt and claimed that the Bravo show should have done more to protect the cast from toxic abuse and racist remarks. In fact,  earlier this year, she vows to file a lawsuit against the network and Andy Cohen. 

RHOA fans heard that one of the biggest issues for NeNe seemed to be that she felt Kim Zolciak-Biermann got rewarded for perceived racist comments. Recall, she actually got a spinoff. Furthermore, she felt that because she spoke up about racism, she was pushed out. Well, now she has more than that on her mind as her son suffered from a severe illness. So, her loyal fans feel terribly sorry and shocked on her behalf.

Real Housewives of Atlanta  – Star Says That Her Son Is Recovering Slowly

TMZ broke the news that NeNe Leakes talked about her son Brentt having a heart attack and stroke. Well, other outlets picked up the story as well. And of course, it made its way to Instagram. When @bravoandcocktails_ shared the news, fans reacted with a lot of shock. In her message to her fans, NeNe told them that it actually happened a few weeks ago. But, fortunately, he is making a recovery, albeit slowly. She said, that he’s “struggling with speaking.” However, he was able to “FaceTime” her. 

RHOA fans also heard that doctors ruled out the coronavirus, a weight problem, drugs, and other possible causes. So, it seems like a mystery as to why he got so ill. Mind you, fans noticed that there seem to be a lot of similar reports in the media about young people experiencing these worrying attacks. Basically, 2022 is a horrid year for many people, and some of them feel that it is worse than the lockdowns.

Real Housewives of Atlanta  – Shocked Fans React

Stunned RHOA fans felt terrible when they heard the news. One of them commented, “Omg I hope he makes a full recovery 🙏.”

Another fan noted, “Poor Nene, she just can’t catch a break 💔.” Similarly, a follower wrote, “Poor Nene. She’s been through so much and now this.”

Many of them said that they are praying for Brentt. And others hold NeNe Leakes in their thoughts.
