Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) alum Kathy Hilton has kept her views on Kyle Richards all in the family. Well, sort of. Because now Kathy has shared her views on if Richards will reconcile with Umansky.

Kathy Hilton became famous on the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) for her unfiltered commentary. And now Kathy has shared if she believes Kyle Richards’ marriage to Mauricio Umansky can survive the problems that they face.

Kathy, 64, teamed up with her daughter Paris Hilton, 42, to discuss everything from Kyle to her daughter’s new baby. But the socialite became sad discussing the trouble in Kyle’s marriage. And Hilton confessed, “When I first saw it, I was just like, it just broke my heart.”

However, Kathy believes that Richards can survive the separation from Mauricio and emerge stronger than ever. “But I just think that, unfortunately, I just want, Kyle — believe it or not — she’s the youngest, but she’s the strongest. She’s [the] bossiest. So she’s very strong. She’s resilient, and I love my nieces. I just want her to be happy.”

And even though Kyle and Mauricio, 53, spent Thanksgiving together, Kathy thinks that the current split will remain permanent. “Honestly you’re asking me? There’s no way that Kyle would have gone this far unless she really thought about it,” pointed out Hilton. 

However, Paris chimed in with praise. And she declared that Kyle looks “hotter than ever though.” Meanwhile, Kathy predicted that after Richards and Umansky permanently separate, “the dating’s gonna start … and I’m gonna go.”

But Kathy just celebrated 44 years of marriage to Rick Hilton, 68. And after tying the knot when she was 19 and he was 23, she noted that the two worked hard to succeed. “We did it all on our own,” said Hilton proudly.

“And I think had we — a lot of people assumed we’re rich — I think that could’ve been a big problem,” admitted Kathy. “We worked together. I worked. He worked. And I think just keeping the right people around, the right couples that you associate with and always keeping that little bit of [spice],” she added.

But for those who want her tips on marriage, Kathy shared, “I would say open communication and never, ever take anyone for granted.” And Kathy definitely doesn’t take for granted meeting Paris’ son, Phoenix, now 10 months. 

“Oh my goodness. It was the biggest surprise of my life. I thought it was, honestly, a puppy or a monkey,” joked Kathy. Paris recently added her daughter London to the family. And Paris praised Kathy as “the best grandma. She’s always coming up and surprising. I’ll come home and she’ll be in the nursery with Phoenix. She loves coming over and surprising us.”
