Real Housewives Spoilers – Braunwyn Scores Win In Divorce War
Newly engaged Braunwyn Windham-Burke achieved a financial boost after filing for divorce from her estranged husband Sean Burke.
And legal documents revealed that the former Real Housewives of Orange County (RHOC) star will get $11,000 per month from Burke. The money represents both child and spousal support, according to Page Six.
Based on the court ruling, Sean’s paycheck will get hit with an automatic deduction of $6,000 for child support. And the pay check from his employer, Economic Transformation Strategies, will also show withholding of $5,000 for spousal support.
However, Burke won’t get any time to protest. The documents show that he must begin the payments within seven days of the filing.
Only the four younger children are listed in the filing. However, the estranged couple share seven children: Bella, 22, Rowan, 2, Jacob, 18, twins Caden and Curren, 10, Koa, 8, and Hazel, 5. And the child and spousal support come after Windham-Burke filed documents that claimed she could not “provide” for their children after Burke “stopped providing any support.”

RHOC Spoilers – Braunwyn Windham-Burke Turns To Family For Support
The former reality star shared that she needed to ask her family to help to meet her “basic living expenses and even expenses for our children. I have relied on [Burke] for all financial security since I was 20 years old,” added Braunwyn. And she shared that she turned to him for the past 23 years to “make all financial decisions for 23 years. And I have effectively been kept in the dark regarding the true extent of our business interests and assets.”
However, Windham-Burke claimed that she filed for divorce from Sean because he allegedly “emptied” their bank accounts. “So Sean had emptied out our joint bank accounts unbeknownst to me,” she claimed. “Literally, one day I woke up and I had no access to any of my cards or any money. And that was why I filed for divorce.” But Sean responded by saying that he moved funds “to pay family bills.”
Prior to filing for divorce, Windham-Burke went through a lengthy separation from Burke. She came out as a lesbian in December 2020, then filed for divorce in October 2022.
But although supposedly estranged, the two live together with Windham-Burke’s fiancé Jennifer Spinner, who she plans to wed in the fall.
Braunwyn and Jennifer plan to tie the knot in mid-October 2024 in the south, shared an insider. And the source shared that the couple want their wedding ceremony to feel like a “country retreat.”
