Chrisley Knows Best spoilers, news, and updates reveal that, according to Screen Rant, Savannah recently stated that she believes that the government undertook a “witch hunt” against her parents. And now, since they’ve been sentenced to a collective 19 years for bank fraud, conspiracy, and tax evasion, she’s been forced to take the Chrisley family reigns.

Currently starring in the final prerecorded season of Chrisley Knows Best, Todd Chrisley, who was given 12 years for his part, and Julie Chrisley, who was given seven years, are now serving out their sentences in separate federal prison facilities hundreds of miles apart.

Since they’ve been gone, Savannah Chrisley, 25, has been tasked with raising her 16-year-old brother Grayson and her niece, Chloe, 10.

Savannah Chrisley – Says Parents Are 100% Not Guilty

In an episode of the Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe podcast, the TLC personality castigated the federal government for how she claims they treated Chrisley Knows Best’s Todd and Julie Chrisley. “I know the things they have done and have not done. I know the witch hunt,” she said.

“When the government wants someone, they want someone. They’re going to do whatever it takes to make it look how they need it to look.” The Sassy by Savannah mogul added that her parents are planning to appeal their conviction later this month.

After the couple was given an evidentiary hearing by the judge, Savannah’s hope is that the appeal will demonstrate that her parents are “100 percent” not guilty.

Moving forward, it should be quite interesting to see if Todd and his wife are able to get out from under the sentences they are currently serving or if the Chrisley family will just have to learn how to deal with this new life on its own terms.
