‘Sister Wives’ Fans Slam Lame & Boring Season 19

Sister Wives Season 19 gets slammed as “lame” and “boring,” and many TLC viewers think it should have ended with the Tell-All for Season 18. In fact, many critics believe the show only returned to try and give Robyn and Kody Brown some relevance.

Sister Wives Fans Wanted More About Garrison

Garrison Brown passed away and TLC fans hoped that out of respect for him, Season 19 would show more about his life. They were even willing to watch as the family adjusted to his shocking death. But instead, Kody Brown dances around the edges of the estranged kids. And everyone knew they were already estranged. 

Even more repetitive, Sister Wives Season 19 brings more of Kody Brown and Meri Brown arguing about how they don’t love each other. How many seasons did TLC fans watch that happen? Then, there are the grandkids: The baby sprinkle for a healthy toddler, and pregnant Mykleti with twins running around on social media. 

Christine Brown & David Woolley Are Also Old & Lame?

Last year Sister Wives fans watched an entire wedding special. But, Season 19 on TLC revisits the time before that. Well, when a screenshot of Christine Brown appeared on Instagram, shared by @kodys_ex-wives, critics had enough and called the Season “lame” and “boring.”

In the comments section, many TLC fans expressed their anger. Some of them suggested the “writer’s strike” might have left the show in disarray. However, others pointed out that it’s a reality TV show, and shouldn’t need writers. Others just grumbled. 

Disgruntled TLC Fans Comment

Many former fans of the TLC show let off steam about old news. Here are some of their feelings:

• Like we already saw the wedding episode a year ago…
• This show has turned into memoirs. The interview cuts are just like reading off a note card at a theater reading.
• Why did they show the wedding last season then go back. Yawn. So boring. They’re grasping.
• Being this far behind is annoying! The editors s*ck!!! It’s all bad.
• …lame and boring.
• We already saw the build up of the wedding and all. Also, I am over Robin’s fake tears….geez.
• So old news it just don’t stop move on ladies
