Season 18 spoilers for Sister Wives via People reveal Janelle Brown reflecting on why she decided to give up her plural marriage to Kody Brown. But Kody angers Janelle by claiming, “You have cheated me out of my family.” However, Janelle feels that Kody has pushed her “out the door.”

And when Kody tries to discount Janelle’s claims, she attacks him for “manipulating.” But it gets nasty, complete with a slamming door, when Kody refuses to obey Janelle’s order to “stay and talk.” And she slams him with a “f— you.”

However, Christine Brown offers her own thoughts on why she left the plural marriage. And she explained, “I left Kody cause I could see he had favorites.” And a clip shows Kody canoodling with his wife Robyn Brown. Meri Brown chimes in with her own complaints. For instance, she noted that Kody refers to his wives as friends rather than wives.

Sister Wives Spoilers – Kody Gets Monogamous

Fans will remember that the end of Sister Wives season 17 featured a shocking One on One episode. And that revealed Janelle and Meri had left the plural marriage. As a result, Kody ended up with only Robyn. And the advocate of plural marriage became monogamous.

As for Christine Brown, she recently accepted a proposal from David Woolley. And the two have begun planning their wedding. However, Christine previously accused Kody of favoring Robyn over her former sister wives Meri and Janelle as well as herself, noted Yahoo.

And last season, Christine claimed that her failure to play up to Robyn caused problems in her own marriage to Kody. “I think he has a favorite wife,” she said about Robyn. “And that’s why all of this is like it is.” And she analyzed Robyn’s reaction to Christine, adding, “Apparently, I’m not treating her well enough.”

Christine left Kody in November 2021. But after her exit, Meri and Janelle followed Christine’s lead. However, in some ways, Kody and his former wives stay together. For example, they all reunited at daughter Gwendlyn Brown’s wedding to Beatriz Queiroz. And the upcoming season could show other reunions as well. Season 18 of Sister Wives premieres Aug. 20 at 10 p.m. ET on TLC.
