Sister Wives spoilers reveal that Meri Brown is ready to address the abuse allegations that have been on the minds of fans.

These allegations have been all over the media and there have been plenty of Brown children to open up about how they were treated by Meri as well.

Recently, there have been scenes resurfacing that Meri has admitted to being abusive. Let’s take a closer look at what she has said in the past.

The Abuse Claims

The Brown children have been pretty open about how terrible of a parent and sister wife Meri was. Meri married Kody Brown in 1990 when she was 19 years old. She was madly in love with him and was on board with his plural marriage fantasy.

There was a lot of tension as the other wives started to join the family. Christine Brown admitted that there was a lot of tension between her and Meri when she joined the marriage.

Years went by and the wives started to have children and this changed the dynamic quite a bit. From watching the previous seasons, fans have spotted the cracks in the marriage and where Meri began to change how she acted toward people in her space.

Meri and The Brown Children

The Brown children have started to come out and make claims that Meri was abusive toward them. They have claimed that she was harsh to them and even to the other wives. One clip shows Janelle Brown talking about Meri’s actions.

Kody mentioned that he had two wives that were constantly clashing over the kitchen. He was talking about Meri and Janelle. Janelle felt abused by Meri, but Meri told her that she never meant to treat her that way.

In another clip, from Season 5, Meri basically admitted that she was abusive toward the wives and the children. Fans commented about the scene. One wrote, “Meri has always excused her need for dominance. Just because you were raised to be expressive, doesn’t mean you are the final say.

Meri is aggressive and has trouble seeing different solutions.” Meri claimed that she was raised this way and no matter what, she never thinks that she was in the wrong. What do you think?
