Sister Wives Star Mykelti Said What??!? About Robyn Brown

Sister Wives fans heard that in a teaser for the TLC show, Mykelti Padron isn’t keen on Meri Brown. No big surprise there, as the other kids hinted over the years that they don’t like her much, either. Notably, fans never see Instagram posts of them enjoying time with Meri. However, she said something that shocked the socks off fans when she talked about Robyn.

Robyn really disturbed TLC fans when she seemed to blame Christine for the breakup of the family. Echoing Kody, she made fans furious, because, for a long time, they felt that Robyn wanted the family broken. It’s no secret that fans believe she is behind manipulating Kody to move away from Christine, Janelle, and Meri. But, does Mykelti?

Sister Wives fans know that when Mykelti welcomed her first baby, Avalon, Christine was there like a mama bear. Now that she lives in Utah, she often sees her grandchild. Furthermore, when the twins arrive, fans will no doubt see her helping out with them. But, did you know that Mykelti once told her fans that Kody and Robyn visited after the birth? At the time, she loved that her baby helped to unify the family, Now, she shocked fans in a teaser for Season 17.

Sister Wives – Mykelti Padron Really Wanted Robyn At The Birth

Old footage sometimes brings a strange surprise as new things get revealed. In the teaser, Christine said that her daughter wanted Robyn at the birth and it seemed super-important to her. Then, Mykelti explained on the couch, that she wanted the birth to be about her. But, she wanted her mom and Robyn there much more than either Meri or Janelle.  

Sister Wives fans heard that Robyn couldn’t attend the birth in person because of covid. And, then came the shocker. Mykelti said that she bonded more with Robyn than she ever did with Janelle. And What’s more, she doesn’t even feel “close” to Janelle. So, when Katie Joy of Without A Crystal Ball shared it, she wondered, “What the heck?”

Katie took fans back in time and talked about how it seemed surprising that Robyn was close to any of the other kids. But, Katie reminded fans that Mykelti lived with Robyn when she was 13, like a built-in nanny. Fans seemed happy that Mykelti liked Robyn, but it seemed to be news to all of them. 

Sister Wives fans responded in the comments One of them said, “I am happy to hear Mykelti has a relationship with Robyn. Color me surprised that Mykelti lived with Robyn for a time. Christine is amazing to set aside her feelings to see that her children come first. I wish them all the happiness in the world!!”

However, other fans felt that Robyn just used Mykelti to babysit the kids., But, some folks thought that Mykelti, as a young teen might have seen being nice to Robyn as a way to get close to her dad. One fan said, “Robyn is the gatekeeper to her dad and the playing nice is her way to get time with him.”
