Sister Wives: Will Christine Brown & Janelle Get Their Own Show?

Rumors that Sister Wives star Christine Brown would get her own show came true and she landed her Cooking With Just Christine spinoff. But now, TLC fans become more convinced that the network should do a new show and just feature Christine and Janelle Brown. Is that likely to happen? 

Rumors Of Christine Brown & David Getting A Spinoff

In April last year, rumors arrived that Janelle Brown and Christine were on the outs over David Woolley. At the time, it seemed that Janelle would not be considered for a new show. And, if one came along, it would be all about David Woolley, the kids, and the blissful life Kody’s ex is living in Utah.

Since those rumors started, Christine Brown and Janelle have been pushing their friendship hard. So has TLC. If there were ever any problems, they seemed to have evaporated. When the Sister Wives stars did a “How Well Do You Know Your Sister Wife” game recently, a lot of fans demanded a spinoff for the two women. 

A Spinoff For The Two OG Wives?

When Christine shared the game on her Instagram, the comments section filled up with TLC fans demanding a show for them sans Kody, Robyn, and Meri.

Here are just a few of those calls:

• Would totally watch a show “beyond sister wives” with just these two and their kids/families.
• …Spin off show idea: “Sister wives – Janelle and Christine, after the release” ❤️
• The fact that they have the most children by Kody, they totally could have their own show. I miss the big family stuff. That’s why [I] watched!
• @tlc we need a travel show spin-off show!

Could It Happen?

Probably, there would be a following who would tune in and watch a Christine Brown, Janelle Brown spinoff. But, there are some reasons why it might not happen. Whether Sister Wives fans like it or not, Kody Brown with his outrageous behavior, and “Sobyn’ Robyn” are TV gold. Engagement and snarking make for good ratings. 

Next up, things have changed for both of the TLC stars. Christine Brown’s daughter, Mykelti relocated to North Carolina. Paedon might not be interested in a spinoff, and Aspyn seems to avoid reality TV. Plus, filming might be difficult for David Woolley as many members of his large family don’t want to be on camera. 

At the same time, Janelle Brown bought a property in North Carolina and started a flower farm with Maddie Brown Brush. So, that is likely to cut down her travel a bit. Therefore, it seems that a travel spinoff might not be feasible.
