However, fans of the Golden Bachelor had hoped that at least some of the women who competed on season one of the dating competition will show up on the first season of the Golden Bachelorette. But so far, no crossovers have leaked.

And at this point, ABC producers want someone who will charm viewers. For instance, consider the charisma of the original Golden Bachelor star Gerry Turner.

And fans also cheered for the two finalists, Theresa Nist, 70, a financial services professional from Shrewsbury, New Jersey, and Leslie Fhima, 64, a fitness instructor from Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Golden Bachelor Spoilers – How To Watch The Wedding

Turner and his ultimate choice, Nist, will tie the knot in January in a Golden Bachelor wedding episode aired live. And all the women will return for the ceremony. The episode will air from 7 to 9 p.m. ET Thursday, Jan. 4, 2024.

And that episode could possibly offer some hints about the Golden Bachelor spin-off, the Bachelorette. Producers seek a “golden-aged” bachelorette and 60- to 75-year-old contestants.

And the spin-off will begin production this summer, starting in June and ending in August 2024. However, premiere dates remain tentative. For example, the Golden Bachelor season two or the Golden Bachelorette season one might debut in September 2024.

And to audition, prepare to answer some very personal questions. For instance, candidates must reveal if they view themselves as “a senior looking for love.” And they also must answer the question, “Are you ready to get married if you met the next love of your life today?” The casting call for the Golden Bachelor asks all those questions and more.

ABC producers want potential candidates to answer multiple questions and also upload their photos. And seniors can apply to audition for season two of the Golden Bachelor at  goldenbachelorcasting.com. But get prepared to respond to more than 70 questions and provide a minimum of two recent photos. 

One photo must show your face. And the other picture must feature your full body. Selfies or photos taken by someone else both qualify.

However, applicants must reside either in the United States or Canada, with the exception of Quebec. But what if you know someone who could become a star on season two of the Golden Bachelor? You can also nominate someone to audition for the next season on ABC through the casting form.

And applicants must provide details ranging from age and weight to salary/net worth, highest level of education, siblings, tattoos and a bucket list.
