The Reason Sister Wives Janelle Brown Is Focusing on Detox in 2025

Sister Wives' Janelle Brown Reveals Interesting Reason She's Choosing Detox As Her “Word For 2025”Hey, we just landed in 2025 and we’re all just looking forward to the ways we can make this new year work for us. Like the rest of us, Janelle is finding her way around the new sun revolution.

The thing is, after spending years supporting one man and his outlandish ideas to later end up leaving the marriage, I guess you need more than just a “new year, new me” mantra to get by. You need a full-on detox.

Sister Wives’ Janelle Brown Tells Fans She’s Committing To “Greater Peace” In 2025

Janelle is past-Kody Brown and doing alright. While the death of her son Garrison will forever be a weight on her heart, she knows happiness is never completely out of reach. The reality TV star shared this newfound philosophy with fans, alongside a smiling photo of herself on Instagram.

She wrote: “This year, I’m choosing detox as my word for 2025—I’ve been drawn to this word so strongly the past few weeks. For me, it’s a commitment to clear out what no longer serves me, in every sense. It’s about making space for greater peace and clarity by detoxing my life EMOTIONALLY, PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, and SPIRITUALLY.”

When it comes to applying the word “detox” to her life, she admitted that she’s approaching it both physically, as well as emotionally. She shared, “I’m focusing on nourishing my body with clean, whole foods, staying consistent with my supplementation, home, cooking, and minimizing ultra-processed foods. I am actively embracing the changes that are coming with age and hormone shifts with grace and care.”

Janelle has been seeking out the company of her loved ones – like when she moved to North Carolina to be closer to her daughter, Maddie Brown. With Taeda Farm keeping her busy these days, she has fewer times to spend moaning about any old sad times.

“It’s time to cut down on the noise. I want to be intentional with my screen time, embrace more journaling and writing, and lean into time blocking, planning, and building routines. Less noise, more quiet.”

As for the way she plans to go on about the emotional part of her detox, she revealed that she will be “prioritizing meaningful connections and seeking out community in all areas of my life. I will work to set healthier boundaries and release relationships that drain me.”

Janelle Brown Promises To “Declutter” Her Space For A More Improved Mindset

Janelle’s immediate environment will be part of the detoxing process, as she plans to declutter her space. “A cluttered space clutters my mind, so I’m making it a priority to simplify and create a more peaceful environment. This will be especially important as I step into 2025 planning and building a new home,” she wrote.

This year will see her spend “more time in nature, reflecting, and nurturing my relationship with God.”

As she clearly explained, “detoxing isn’t about deprivation. It’s about freedom. Freedom from things that weigh me down so I can make room for the things that truly matter. I’m excited for 2025!”

Maybe if she’s really interested in detoxing she should stop being a part of a show about a group of whinning women. Probably within the first three maybe four years, a woman should have a clue if a man is really interested in her or not. She chose to stay wanting Kody to show her the same attention that he was giving Robyn, after she did get it,she tried to make it to be Robyn’s fault. He knew that he wasn’t legally married to all those women, so he showed that he had NO commitment to them, they became jealous, and she blamed anyone but herself.
