Theresa Nist Shares Her Fall Soup Recipe With Fans

Golden Bachelor winner, Theresa Nist lost some popularity after she and Gerry Turner got a divorce, but she still retains loyal ABC fans who follow her on social media. This week, they were treated to her favorite fall soup recipe. And let’s face it, as the weather gets cooler, who doesn’t love a mug of the warm and savory stuff in the evening?

Backlash after Gerry Turner and his wife of three months split after three months of marriage was aimed at both of the Golden Bachelor stars. Admittedly, Gerry took the brunt of it. But for many people, the split turned a lot of people into Debby Downers about the senior edition. 

Theresa Nist isn’t as active as other people from her season on ABC. For example, she posts less than her runner-up, Leslie Fhima. And, she’s not into promoting too much. After all, she has her job that she returned to, and she seems content with that. But on occasion, she does post, and that keeps her fans happy. 

Golden Bachelor Alum Gets In The Kitchen

Reality TV stars making soup hardly seems riveting, but you might be surprised by the good reactions that kind of reel gets. In fact, before she left Kody Brown, Janelle Brown from Sister Wives regularly posted about food, and she got plenty of hits. 

Theresa Nist took to her Instagram on Wednesday and revealed the recipe that she loves. In the comments, it turned out that her grandson, Dempsey also helped her. It was her daughter, Jen Woolston who reminded her to shout him out. 

The Recipe For The Fall Soup

Unfortunately, the Golden Bachelor alum didn’t write down her recipe. But if you want to make notes, you can watch her reel on THIS LINK HERE. However, fans did notice that Theresa Nist used a lot of veggies. Plus, she promised to post the full recipe “tomorrow.” So, hopefully, that happens. 

Some of the ingredients included:

• Escarole, which can be substituted with spinach,
• extra-virgin olive oil, 
• chicken stock,
• garlic,
• onion,
• and celery.

Saving time, Theresa Nist also canned beans. In the comments, many more Golden Bachelor fans asked for the full recipe, and again, she promised to share it. But those who watched seemed to like it. here are some of their comments:
