TLC Reveals 90 Day Fiance, Little People, Seeking Sister Wives And More 2024 Debuts

Reality TV fans worried that they might lack for enough variety in 2024 can relax. Because TLC just unveiled everything from My 600-Lb Life to Seeking Sister Wives for its 2024 slate.

TLC Unveils 2024 Winter And Spring Schedule

Wondering what new reality TV shows will air in 2024? Prepare for everything from new 90 Day Fiancé spin-offs to another look at the world of Sister Wives. TLC revealed its winter and spring schedule for 2024 via Variety.

TLC Reveals 90 Day Fiance, Little People, Seeking Sister Wives And More 2024 Debuts

For instance, the network will feature two different My 600-lb Life shows as well as Say Yes To The Dress next year. And fans can also look forward to more in the world of Sister Wives. 

In all, TLC has revealed the premiere date for 10 different shows. And returning series include “90 Day: The Single Life,” “90 Day: The Single Life Pillow Talk,” “My 600-lb Life,” “90 Day Diaries,” “Say Yes To The Dress,” “Little People, Big World,” “7 Little Johnstons,” “My 600-lb Life: Where Are They Now?,” “90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” and “Seeking Sister Wife.”

TLC Tops Cable Networks In Prime Time

Ahead of 2024, TLC also revealed that it ends the fourth quarter of 2023 as the top-rated cable network in prime time among adults 18-49, adults 25-54, women 18-49 and women 25-54. And the network hopes to continue staying on top with its schedule for 2024.

90 Day: The Single Life debuts Monday, Jan. 1 at 8 p.m. ET. And TLC revealed that the show will reveal what happens when “90 Day singles look to move past their failed romances and start fresh with better and stronger relationships.” Watch for fan faves to “spice things up with a season of ‘firsts’ – first dates, first loves, first kisses.”

Love the 90 Day Pillow Talk spin-off? 90 Day The Single Life: Pillow Talk premieres Monday, Jan. 1 at 10 p.m. ET. And TLC shared that it will show the series’ top stars viewing and commenting on the newest episodes of 90 Day: The Single Life. “The Pillow Talkers have all been through the ’90 Day’ universe and have their own take and advice on what these singles should be looking for in a new romantic partner and they aren’t holding back,” according to TLC.

‘Little People, Big World’ Returns To TLC

And 90 Day Diaries premieres Monday, Jan. 8 at 9 p.m. ET. This series shows what happens as “cast members film themselves in their day-to-day lives as they navigate new challenges in their relationships and experience major life milestones. This season celebrates new beginnings, from births to new homes, dating, travel adventures and all the ups and downs in between,” shared the network.

On Tuesday, February 20 at 9 pm E.T., “Little People, Big World” will return. And TLC teased, “Just as the Roloffs settle into a rhythm, family surprises and continued tension give rise to new struggles and questions. After an unexpected proposal, Matt and Caryn excitedly look to the future while building their dream home on the farm. But the constant strain on the family makes them wonder what that future will look like.”

Fans of the Sister Wives world will want to check out Seeking Sister Wife, which debuts Monday, March 4 at 9 p.m. ET. TLC revealed, “The new season will document the lives of five polygamous families as they navigate the challenges of actively searching for and courting potential new sister wives. With two returning families and three new couples, these families are determined to open their hearts and homes to new wives, even if a few growing pains are felt along the way.”

‘My 600-Lb Life’ Returns In March 2024

Another returning show, My 600-lb Life, returns Wednesday, March 6, at 8 p.m. ET. And TLC revealed, “The series follows the journeys of morbidly obese people who turn to Dr. Younan Nowzaradan to perform high-risk gastric bypass surgery as a last-chance measure to save their lives. This season explores the emotional and physical battles of all-new patients including a paralyzed man desperate to find a way to stand, a bride-to-be fighting to finally walk down the aisle and a recovering drug addict whose life is now dominated by a new addiction: compulsive eating.”

TLC also revealed that 7 Little Johnstons will return Tuesday, March 12, at 10 p.m. ET. And 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” makes its comeback on Sunday, March 17. But for those who did find their happily-ever-after, Say Yes to the Dress returns on Saturday, April 6 at 8 p.m. ET. And also in April, My 600-lb Life: Where Are They Now? returns on Wednesday, April 24 at 8 p.m. ET.
