Tom Schwartz – Announces Joint Venture With Jax Taylor

Jax Taylor is no longer part of Vanderpump Rules. However, he’s still friends with some of the cast members. Jax popped up twice on Season 11 of the Bravo show. His friend Tom Schwartz announced their joint venture.

They will open a California bar in early June. Schwartz shared the news on Instagram. The bar crawl will take place at the iconic back alley of SUR, one of Lisa Vanderpump’s restaurants which was featured on the show. The bar crawl will continue at TomTom, owned by Vanderpump and Schwartz’s co-star Tom Sandoval.

“I was thinking, how can we set June ablaze & bolster our spirits?” Tom Schwartz wondered in his caption. “Then it hit us…HOW ABOUT A CALIFORNIA BAR CRAWL? Where we cruise bars in the City of Stars, a little pump crawl bliss on Route 66. A west coast toast, a booze cruise with brews. Intimate VIP experience with myself and Jax.”

Vanderpump Rules fans were worried about the show’s cancellation. Most of them took to Schwartz’s post to ask the same question.

The end of Season 11 of VPR felt more like a series finale. The last five minutes include a montage of the remaining cast members when they first started on the show.

What Happened To Tom Schwartz & Sandy’s?

There are also questions about the future of Schwartz & Sandy’s. The restaurant was hit with poor business at the height of Scandoval. It wasn’t featured in Season 11 of Pump Rules.

After Tom Sandoval’s affair with Raquel Leviss became public, patrons boycotted the establishment he opened with Tom Schwartz.

Some of them posted negative reviews on Yelp. The Toms were at risk of losing their business. However, the venue is still open.

Its future is unclear at the moment. There’s been an update since Scandoval made headlines one year ago. In February, one fan took to Reddit to share their experience at Schwartz & Sandy’s.

“I went to Schwartz & Sandy’s last night to check it out and they were utterly closed,” they wrote. “Nothing on Instagram or website and they were open as of three days ago.”

An insider told The U.S. Sun they were having a private party. Schwartz & Sandy’s has no plans on closing its doors. Operating hours for the Frank Village restaurant are Tuesday through Saturday from 5 p.m. through midnight. Greg Morris is working with Schwartz and Sandoval to repair its tarnished image.
