Meghan Markle Accused Of Piggybacking On Kate Middleton

When they say that timing is everything, they certainly are right. There’s a new report that says Meghan Markle is being accused of piggybacking off of Kate Middleton.

That’s because she launched her lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, during a very stressful time for Kate Middleton.

Before the Princess of Wales announced that she was diagnosed with cancer, there was heavy speculation that she was in hiding because she was having marital problems with her husband, Prince William.

It seems like Meghan tried to piggyback on that by launching her brand to try to swipe attention away from Kate, but instead, it backfired on her in the worst way possible. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

One royal author by the name of Kennedy is accusing Meghan Markle from trying to steal attention from Kate Middleton during a very fragile time in her life.

It seems like the Duchess of Sussex is the one who is going to be paying the most for her actions. The royal author began her column in the Daily Mail by saying, “Has Meghan ‘me first’ Markle misfired?”

She then continued, “The ‘American Riviera Orchard’ launch is morphing into a massive headache for Princess Neverwas.

As frenzied fascination bubbled around the MIA Princess of Wales last month, Meghan unveiled her gleaming, greige lifestyle brand.”

Kennedy added, “Some suggested the Duchess was callously piggybacking off so-called Kategate to flog her new jams, spreads and silly bits.

Others said they couldn’t believe she was so carelessly cooking in a white top with no apron in that cringingly spewtastic promo vid. Either way, the timing felt like something of a snub to the Waleses.”

So far Meghan Markle herself has not made any comments about the matter but at this point, it’s doubtful that she will. We will update you with all of the latest details as they come in.
