British royal family news shows that Meghan Markle fiddled with her Wikipedia profile to make it look grander than she was after she met Prince Harry—surprise (not). Meghan really is enough, maybe she should repeat that mantra, as part of her compassion self-talk?

But according to Tom Bower, in his book Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the war between the Windsors, Meghan did not think she was all that plus a bag of chips to boot and sadly felt the need to “improve” her image if not herself. Let’s unpack what this is all about.

Apparently Wikipedia-gate is a twisty tale. According to Page Six, Meghan’s page had some changes made, “but the people that were responsible for this were linked to a Los Angeles PR firm with no known links to the duchess.”

And the rumor mill speculated that friends of Meghan made the changes. But according to Bower, the reality was closer to home. In his book, he states that it was none other than Meghan who felt the need to airbrush her past as a cheesy cleavage baring game show girl: “In late September 2016 nothing was more important than her relationship with Harry.”

“She decided that her past story needed adjustment. On 9th October, 2016, a PR agency in Los Angeles changed her Wikipedia entry.”

Royal Family News: Meghan Needs Self-Love?

Sadly, it is claimed that Meghan’s star turn on the game show ‘Deal or No Deal’ was removed. Hasn’t she heard there are no small jobs, only small people?

But that wasn’t the only thing altered. Meghan’s timeline was altered to add some fancy pants items: “claims of humanitarian work in Rwanda and Afghanistan. And the implication of all this seems to indicate that there was an attempt to improve the image of the Duchess.”

FYI, news broke last week that Meghan did a turn in Rwanda as a fashion shoot, including the classic “savior photo” of her hugging a non-western, less advantaged child.
