This comes after the social worker was photographed rubbing elbows with the likes of Kim Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner at a red carpet event in Los Angeles recently.

There’s a new report that suggests the Duchess of Sussex might be pushing her mother into the spotlight just so she can “rebuild her reputation.”

As many royal fans already know, Meghan has had a very hard time in the popularity polls lately and especially in Britain, where there aren’t many people who view her favorably.

According to royal expert Kara Kennedy, she told GB News that Doria’s new Hollywood fame seems to be a calculated move on her daughter’s part.

She put it this way, “I think this is a classic Markle move to deploy her mother on the charm offensive and try and win back some popularity that she’s lost. And I actually think this is genius.”

If that weren’t enough, the royal expert also suggested that Meghan might be trying to align herself more with her mother Doria than her own husband Prince Harry because she’s trying to make some changes to both her public image and her brand.

And so far this new change might be working in Meghan’s advantage.

Kara also said, “Since Meghan and Harry were married, Doria has kept a very low profile. I think it’s inevitable we’re going to see more of her now.

Doria “will be the key to carve out this new path that Meghan seems to be creating for herself away from Prince Harry.”

So far Meghan herself has not made any comments about the matter. Now, whether or not Doria shows up to any more celebrity red carpets in the future remains to be seen.
