She might be up for the test. There’s a new report that suggests Meghan Markle might actually consider debating Donald Trump.

This comes after the former President of the United States said that he wanted to “battle” it out with the Duchess of Sussex, mostly because he’s still upset over how Meghan supposedly treated Queen Elizabeth while she was still alive. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.

Just this past week, Donald Trump went on the record to say that he wants to go on stage with Meghan Markle and put her to the test.

In an interview with Hugh Hewitt, the former president of the United states said, “Let’s set it up. Let’s go do something. I’d love to debate her. I would love it. I didn’t like the way she dealt with the Queen.”

Trump also added that when it comes to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, “I think it’s not a good situation going on with the two of them, but I didn’t know that they don’t like me.”

And while Meghan Markle herself is yet to make any comments about the matter, it seems like some members of the royal rota are doing all of the talking for her.

Royal author Angela Levin, who often has something or another to say about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, suggested that the Duchess of Sussex might be up for the challenge.

She said, “Trump would eat her for breakfast, but she might want to do it if she is serious about being a politician. If she wants to be a politician, you have to win arguments, but I think underneath she has a thin skin and she doesn’t want to be attacked by him.”

But Levin added, “The chances of getting her are small” while also adding that the proposal is more like a PR stunt.
