Prince Harry and Meghan Markle reportedly plan to return to live in the UK with Prince Archie and Lilibet. The news started plenty of debate and many commentators and royal watchers wonder why they made that rather unexpected choice.
The Staff Have Been Talking
Royal commentator Neil Sean discussed the situation on his Daily News Headlines vlog on his YouTube channel on Sunday night. He suggested a different perspective on the move by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Sean claimed that staff who work for the couple have been talking, and what they say doesn’t paint a pretty picture.
The Kids Are Not Happy
Sean said the children have been speaking to staff, and allegedly, Prince Archie is “not 100%…happy at all” about it.

The little boy thought his trip to England was just an adventure. He had “no idea this was going to be an alleged return back to Harry’s homeland.”
The children apparently believeed it was “some sort of extended holiday.” They had no clue this could be permanent.
Sean said the kids are “a bit concerned about their move over to a brand new school.” Bear in mind that they have only ever known “sunshine, blue skies, and nice lifestyles with people with the same accents around you.”
Now they will be “outsiders for a while.” For them, it doesn’t matter how elite or special the school is, starting somewhere new is tough for any child.

Not All On The Same Page
Sean said the remaining staff have “really nothing to lose.” They’ve grown “quite attached to these kids” over time.
He said, “kids just talk when they’re … they’re playing around.” All you have to do is ask if they are looking forward to going.
He then suggested that “Apparently, not everybody’s on the same page.” Some staff have suggested Meghan might pull the kids out at the last minute and go back to homeschooling.
Sean predicted she would “cite the harassment of the paparazzi that never happens to William, Katherine, and their three children.” He sees this as a way to “spin it back around.”
Money and Business Moves
Sean claimed the whole thing is about money. He said Meghan Markle is “looking for many opportunities to try and kickstart her brand.”
Her team have apparently suggested contacting Mike Ashley. The royal commentator reminded viewers that he’s “one of the biggest retail holders right now over here in the United Kingdom.”
As he recently bought Harvey Nichols, Sean said there is an opportunity there to “ramrod some publicity onto Harvey Nicks” with some of her product. It would make sense because it is “down the road from Kensington Palace.”
Deflection and Nonsense
Sean dismissed reports about them being in the UK for six months. He called it “all deflective nonsense.” He also said the Guy Ritchie talk was just publicity, opining that Ritchie has “something to promote” so of course “he’s going to go with it.”
Sean also called the Netflix show, The Gentlemen, talk “hypothetical nonsense.”
No Kindness Shown
Sean criticised Prince Harry for not showing kindness to Thomas Markle. Talking about how Thomas is old, he believes that Harry could have at least given him “some kindness.”
He called the couple “ruthless in my opinion,” believing that Harry should have shown courtesy “just out of just niceness really.”
Sean concluded that “when you’ve got no options and things are running out, you have to go where the money is.” He wished Prince Archie and Lilibet well because starting a new school is very daunting indeed.
But he made it clear he believes the move by Meghan Markle and Harry is driven by necessity, and not by choice.
