Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles are certainly missing out on a lot of things now that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have settled into their new lives in Los Angeles. In fact, it appears as though Charles and Camilla won’t have a chance to get to see Archie Harrison grow up, seeing how Harry and Meghan will most likely spend most of their time in Southern California and not back home in London. Here’s what you need to know.
Prince Charles And Camilla Parker Bowles Missing Out On Seeing Archie Harrison Grow Up In L.A.
Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles might be preparing to take the throne as the future King of England and Queen Consort, but they still want to spend as much time as possible with their grandchildren, just like any other grandparent would.
Camilla has five grandchildren while Prince Charles has gotten closer with Prince William and Kate Middleton’s three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis over the years. And while Charles and Camilla will take each and every opportunity to see all of their grandchildren during special occasions, holidays and of course, royal engagements, that won’t be the case with Archie Harrison.
As many royal fans know, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stunned the world when they announced back in January that they wanted to step down from their roles as senior members of the British royal family. After spending a short time in Vancouver, they’ve now moved to Meghan’s hometown of Los Angeles and plan on making their home base in Southern California.
That means there’s a good chance that Meghan’s mother Doria Ragland will be the prominent grandparent in Archie’s life and that she will be there for all of the birthdays and holidays, with Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles back home in London.

Of course, this might all change but for now Harry and Meghan have made no indication that they plan on returning to London anytime soon. So does this mean that Archie won’t have a chance to see his royal family members very often, or even at all in the future? Only time will tell.
