In a new interview with The Mirror, PR Expert Ryan McCormick said that while Prince Harry and Meghan Markle did share a message of support to Kate Middleton amid her cancer battle.

He believes that the Sussexes can certainly do more to redeem themselves in the eyes of the royal family. If there was ever a time to repair their relationship with the royals, it would be now.

McCormick also said that because Harry and Meghan were so quick to share their message of support to the Princess of Wales, that is a very good sign.

He said, “The gravity of this situation may be so large that it could melt away long-held grievances. Yes, Meghan and Harry have their faults but, family is family. Their feud could very well end immediately.”

McCormick also suggested that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle subtly also asked all of the online trolls to back off from Kate Middleton.

For weeks their was so much online speculation that Kate and Prince William were getting a divorce while others even suggested that the princess might not have had her abdominal surgery at all.

The expert continued, “I think the last part of the Duke & Duchess’ statement was intended to rebuke those spreading false stories and rumors about Kate. It was also a respectful pea to give the family the space they need. I thought it could have been more personal and loving but, they may have been advised to keep it short.”
