Which would mean that they could have already known they would not be staying at Frogmore Cottage when they requested millions of dollars in renovations be made, and they knowingly made the taxpayers pay for their lavish wedding with no intention of sticking around? According to Katie Nicholl, speaking to the Australian website 9Honey, Meghan, “had an agenda from the outset” to become international “roving royals.”

If that’s the case, they’ve made their dream come true, albeit in a tacky and freeloading manner. Since ditching the UK they have made it a practice to live in borrowed mansions and debated over who should pay their security bill.

Right now they’re holed up in Tyler Perry’s $18 million mansions with no jobs between them which would conceivably pay for their own home.

Nicholl says it was “inevitable” that the couple would leave the UK but that the haste in which they acted, “surprised everybody.”

“I was told from a very early stage in their courtship, they had told a friend of Harry’s that Meghan met quite early on that they wanted to international roving royals and that was going to be their focus.”

Nichols added that the pair’s decision to ditch the UK was not surprising, but their timing was. According to Nichols, these two, “didn’t want to be stuck in one place,” and wait for it—”wanted to make a difference ‘on a world stage.’”

These reported sentiments certainly aren’t in concert with more recent comments that a source told Vanity Fair about Harry feeling lost in L.A. where he has no job nor friends.

The source said, “This is a very strange time for us all, but I think Harry is missing having a structure to his life right now. He doesn’t have friends in L.A. like Meghan and he doesn’t have a job.”

They added that Harry misses the people he associated with within the military community at home, and “At the moment he’s a bit rudderless, but it won’t always be like this, and he knows that.”
