The whole world has witnessed Prince William and Prince Harry grow up together and lean on each other after the tragic death of their mother, Princess Diana. Their special bond has become stronger than ever. Even after they got married, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, as well as Prince William and Kate Middleton, seemed to be very close. But has the time come for the royal brothers to split up?
According to The Sunday Times, Prince William and Prince Harry may divide the Kensington Palace. Sources revealed that Harry and Meghan want to live their own lives and away from the shadow of Kate and Prince William, who is the successor to his Father’s title as the Prince of Wales. The U.K. paper added that this could happen right after The Duchess of Sussex gives birth to her first child.
In an interview with PEOPLE, royals author Sally Bedell Smith said Harry’s marriage to Megan has significantly affected the sibling’s relationship. Splitting up with the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will allow the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to do the things they love as well as inspire and help others in their own way. The public has seen how good Harry and Meghan are together during their recent tour in Australia.
“Meghan has very strong views on what she is interested in and that may be what, Harry, shares, but not what William and Kate share,” Smith added.
Meghan Markle kept her promise when she said that she’ll “hit the ground running.” The 37-year-old mom-to-be who is due next Spring has started advocating for women’s rights. She gave three speeches during their tour Down Under and delivered a powerful message in New Zealand during its 125th anniversary of women’s suffrage. She emphasized that everyone has the right to “participate in the choices for their future and their community.”
Even after shutting down her personal social media accounts, she seems to have a good grip on the Royal couple’s footprint in social media after recently posting a photo of Harry while rehearsing his speech for the closing ceremony of the Invictus Games in Sydney last Oct. 27.
Even though it is quite obvious that Meghan and Harry and Kate and William have different interests now, they will continue to do their duties as part of the Royal Family.
