Princess Anne Declared Only Royal That Could Save Monarchy

These last few weeks have been bizarre to say the least, with the Monarchy rocked by conspiracy theories, needless jokes and speculations.

And then the Princess of Wales appeared in a video message to quieten the rumors and to disclose that she has cancer, which she just started receiving treatment for.

This, anyone can admit, has not been a great year for the Royal Family, what with the King’s cancer diagnosis and now the Princess of Wales’.

While the Royal Family tries to stay on top of the situation, our ever reliable Princess Anne has stepped up. And a royal expert believes she’s just what the Monarchy needs to survive these uncertain times.

Royal Expert Calls Princess Anne “Everything the Royal Family Need” To Get Through Health Crisis

Two of the most senior members of the Royal Family are currently out for the count as they undergo treatment for cancer.

According to former royal butler, Paul Burrell, this means that the family can’t keep proceeding at the “same pace” as they did in previous years.

However, Burrell believes that Princess Anne stepping up is “everything the royal family need” to get through this, especially since she inherited her father Prince Philip’s work ethics.

He said: “I think the only person that can save the monarchy is Princess Anne. William is too tied up with his family: he likes to be very hands-on which he inherited from Princess Diana. Princess Anne will be ‘Anne the reliable.’ She is even stepping in for William and the King.”

He continued: “She is a workhorse, she is stoic, she is reliable, she is everything the Royal Family need and she is her father’s daughter. His work ethic was the same. He never veered away from anything and always hit things straight on.”

No one can doubt the amount of pressure and pain William has been gently shouldering. So it’s a great thing that he still has Anne and a number of other royals to help him navigate the treacherous waters.

Speaking with Slingo, Burrell also praised the Princess Royal as being capable of managing any royal crisis.

“Princess Anne may rely on the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, who are very responsible too but everybody knows Princess Anne, she has always been there. She can hold the fort in any crisis so for the time being her workload is increasing which she doesn’t mind. She just gets on with it.”
