Princess Eugenie – Posts Very Special Instagram With Son

A kiss for luck helped Princess Eugenie to announce that her second baby will arrive this summer. And the kiss came from her son, 1-year-old August. Turning to Instagram, Princess Eugenie wrote about her second baby’s due date enthusiastically, noted Page Six.

“We’re so excited to share that there will be a new addition to our family this summer,” shared Her Royal Highness in the caption of her Instagram pic. And the adorable photo showed Eugenie’s son August kissing her mother’s baby bump. The new baby will follow August’s arrival in February 2021. 

“Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie was safely delivered of a son today, 9th February 2021,” announced Buckingham Palace in the baby announcement for August. “The baby weighs 8 lbs. 1 oz. The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Duke of York, Sarah, Duchess of York, and Mr and Mrs George Brooksbank have been informed and are delighted with the news.”

Jack Brooksbank – Joins Princess Eugenie In Sharing Baby Joy

Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank have never hesitated to share their pride in their son. And royal family watchers expect the same as the couple awaits their second child. For instance, on the same day as August’s birth, Eugenie and Jack posted a photo of their newborn son.

However, if they follow with tradition, royal family watchers can expect a delay between the arrival of the second baby and the announcement of the baby’s name. Princess Eugenie and her husband waited about two weeks before revealing that they named their son August. And they also shared the first full photo of his face at that time.

“We wanted to introduce you,” wrote the royal couple in their Instagram comment about August’s name. And they sweetly shared their appreciation for all the congratulations from their followers. “Thank you for so many wonderful messages,” added Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank in the caption.

However, the then-new parents couldn’t resist gushing about their joy. “Our hearts are full of love for this little human. Words can’t express,” exclaimed Her Royal Highness and her husband. “We are excited to be able to share these photos with you.” Eugenie and Brooksbank tied the knot in October 2018, only nine months after their engagement.
