British royal family news reveals that Meghan Markle, Former Basic Cable Actress and Acclaimed Duchess of Sussex is in line to butt heads with her royal rival’s brother. Who doesn’t love a juicy classic story of good vs. evil?

In this case it appears that shady Meghan is on a collision course with wholesome James Middleton, Princess Catherine’s younger brother.

That’s because her new brand, American Riviera Orchard, is set to compete in the same space as James’ brand. Here’s what you need to know!

It’s no secret that Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, are desperate to look legit and make a buck, not necessarily in that order.

They infamously ditched the monarchy in 2020, in hot pursuit of “financial freedom.” Instead, they became the poster kids for lame. Fours years later and counting, they have trashed any goodwill they engendered as part of a new monarchy with their so-called “Markle Sparkle.”

They are so loathed that The Hollywood Reporter called them the “biggest losers” and Spotify branded them “f****** grifters.” They are less than zero in a world where they think they are the perfect 10.

So, out of necessity last month they once again tried to cleanse their image with another rebrand.

They are now hawking themselves as “American Riviera Orchard” an entity that is eager to sell you dog collars, jams, and stationary. And if you believe that we have oceanfront property in Arizona to sell you.

As such, the non-existent goods that Meghan is talking up are in competition with James Middleton’s actual merch.

On March 14, Meghan announced to the world that she has a new Instagram account and website for her latest phantom project, American Riviera Orchard.

Reports indicate that American Riviera Orchard is poised to sell home, garden, and general lifestyle products including “home decor and kitchen items including decanters, napkin rings, cutlery, table linens, placemats and napkins, and cookbooks.” And dog collars.

But wait, there’s more! According to CheatSheet, Meghan’s little venture promises to offer “jellies, jams, marmalades, fruit preserves, edible oils and fats, and preserves, vegetable-based spreads, legume-based spreads, nut-based spreads, garlic-based spreads, sesame-based spreads, dairy-based spreads, nut butters, and fruit butters.”

Meghan is so ambitious that documents indicate she thinks she can also sell “party decorations, makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance, soaps, and body lotion. She applied for trademarks of yoga mats and cushions as well, and pet food.” She forgot wigs and adult diapers.

All of this pomposity led Express to report that James “has his own high-end dog food business called James & Ella. The company is named after James’ spaniel, Ella, who died in 2023. Among the products it sells are raw and cold-pressed dog food and air-dried treats.”

Unlike Meghan’s Princess Pinocchio persona, James’ real-life story is compelling and heartwarming.

According to Kate’s brother, his dogs helped “pull me out of a really difficult battle with depression. When I reached the other side, I set out on a mission to make their lives just as happy and as healthy as they’ve made mine, starting with the food they eat. I’ve pulled together a team of industry experts and nutritionists. Together, we developed a range of food that contains all the ingredients and nutrition for dogs to live a long and happy life, but without any hassle.”
