Royal Family News: BBC Is Again Accused Of Bias After Reporter Slammed Prince Philip
British royal family news shows that one reporter is eating his words days after a BBC documentary on the royals aired. Amol Rajan hosted The Princes And The Press which was definitely not flattering toward certain royals not named Harry and Meghan.
Rajan made some nasty remarks about the family in 2012 articles written for The Independent. For example he called the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge frauds and labeled the late Prince Philip a, “racist buffoon.”
He went so far as to slam William and Kate after they couple announced their first pregnancy. He told the couple, “renounce the luxuries of royal patronage and aristocracy,” saying that, “everyone will be a winner,” if they do so according to the Daily Mail.

He went on to say their public role was a, “total fraud,” claiming, “Neither of you have a special claim on the glorious city of Cambridge so quit pretending you do.” What does he think of royal runaways Meghan and Harry calling themselves the Duke and Duchess of Sussex? Funny you should ask.
Yesterday photographs of him at a party with several of Meghan’s friends surfaced, calling into question his objectivity. By the way, he is a vocal republican meaning he wants the monarchy abolished which fits perfectly with the rants the “Sussex’s” have been throwing around.
In 2012 Rajan wasn’t done sharing his thoughts about how the Cambirdge’s should parent. He told them to raise their family in a, “decent suburban townhouse,” and send their child to a, “normal school.”

Rajan was an equal opportunity critic back in the day. He wrote that Prince Philip was a, “racist buffoon,” and called Prince Charles, “scientifically illiterate.”
He labeled the monarchy mediocre and huffed, “Aside from the Queen – whose public image is crafted by an ever-expanding team of propagandists – this clan is unusually full of fools.”
All of these one-sided jabs are said to be putting pressure on the BBC over Rajan’s two-part documentary, which was slammed as biased by Buckingham Palace, Clarence House and Kensington Palace. One need only to look at the picture trail to see who Rajan could be biased in favor of.
