British royal family news shows that one royal pundit thinks the bombastic Netflix trailer for Harry and Meghan’s reality show is nothing less than a, “‘declaration of war,” on the royal family that welcomed Meghan with open arms and coddled Harry after his mother’s death. “How could they?” is the question on millions of minds today after the thirsty Hollywood hobos stole the spotlight away from the Prince and Princess of Wales’ VIP trip to the US.
The incendiary trailer itself, as well as its timing, has quelled any hopes the Markles would mend fences, let alone grow up and act right.

The video is an exercise in wretched excess—black and white cinematography and over-the-top declarations such as Harry saying intoning, “no one sees what’s happening behind closed doors.” Did we mention that his words spill forth while a pic of crying Meghan is shown?
According to Rebecca English, “The Netflix series refers to the couple just by their first names – ‘Harry & Meghan’ – which has prompted some commentary in royal circles about their parallels with the infamous reality family the Kardashians.”

Another time Harry flexes and says, “I had to do everything I could to protect my family.” This is the same family he was FORCED to support after his father took away his adult allowance. Give everyone a break, the inauthentic tears, and treacly prose fool no one: social media lit into the shallow pair immediately.
This train wreck is not cheap, either—estimated to cost millions and months and months overdue. It drops on December 8, “exactly three months after the death of Harry’s grandmother, Queen Elizabeth.” The timing could not be worse, except perhaps for the ugly Oprah Winfrey interview the couple gave while Prince Philip was on his deathbed.

Both Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace have declined to comment on the superficial project and, “Royal sources have said the Prince and Princess of Wales are determined ‘not to be distracted by other things this week’ and their focus is on meeting communities and local people across Boston during their US trip.”
Try as they might, however, it will impossible to ignore the targeted diss dished out to Kate: a hideous picture of her looking like a mean crone. What were the Markles thinking with this bonfire of the vanities film? To assume they were thinking at all is a stretch, but they have made their intentions known—for all intents and purposes they have declared war on his family and on the monarchy.
