Royal Family News: Prince Andrew Could Be Involved In Yet Another Lawsuit

British royal family news reveals that the Duke of York Prince Andrew may not be out of the legal woods yet despite paying off a sexual assault accuser in February. According to the Daily Mail, he faces the prospect of speaking to lawyers for another alleged victim of Jeffrey Epstein now threatening to serve him with legal papers.

According to the outlet, representatives for Caroline Kaufman, “say Andrew was visiting Epstein’s home in New York on the night she claims she was raped by the paedophile financier in December 2010. They want the Duke of York to provide a statement as a potential witness to events in the Upper East Side townhouse during his visit, when he was pictured inside the building.”

Prince Andrew denied the charges in the case he settled brought by sex trafficking victim Virginia Giuffre and this second potential, “civil lawsuit does not accuse the duke of any wrongdoing or allege that he was aware of any attack on Miss Kaufman, who was 17 at the time.”

Royal Family News – Prince Andrew May Be Deposed

Spencer Kuvin is the lawyer representing Kaufman who is now 28; he said he wants Andrew to give a statement about his visit to the New York townhouse.

He told the Sunday Mirror, “We are looking into serving Prince Andrew. We’d get a subpoena issued here in the States which is brought over to England and localised, then we would have to locate him and have him served. He should be a fairly easy target to locate.” Maybe. It was reported that Andrew and his legal team dodged Giuffre’s lawyers for some time before agreeing to talk.

Andrew reportedly settled the case brought by Giuffre for millions, out of court. She alleged that she was a victim of Andrew’s dead convicted pedophile friend Epstein, and Ghislaine Maxwell who is alive and awaiting sentencing on similar charges.

Royal Family News – Will Andrew Be Called To Testify?

Kaufman claims in documents filed at the Manhattan Federal Court against Epstein’s $630million (£515million) estate, that she was asked to his home to do a, “modelling interview.” She claims that, “she was then taken to a massage room where she was allegedly raped by Epstein.”

Andrew has denied the charges brought against him by Giuffre despite a widely circulated photo of him with his arm around her bare waist. His friends reportedly suggested it could have been Photoshopped.
